Senior Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing complex network infrastructure for large-scale customers.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain customer network infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, and WLAN.
- Create and maintain documentation for network implementations, including change approval processes.
- Support and coach junior engineers to provide high-quality services and solutions to customers.
- Lead and assist in defining project strategies to deliver complex projects.
- Manage deliverables on complex customer design and implementation projects.
- Perform advanced analysis on incidents and act as escalation engineer for internal organizations and clients.
- Provide fourth-level support for Operations as part of the Incident and Problem Management Process.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years' experience in network engineering, with expertise in Juniper, Aruba, and Cisco technologies.
- Two or more technical certifications at associate or professional levels related to VZ Product portfolio areas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
