This position is responsible for developing a pipeline of leads to meet business objectives. Key tasks include generating new leads through various channels, such as phone calls, social media, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and track leads to determine their potential value.
- Make outgoing calls to develop new business relationships with prospects.
- Qualify leads by contacting them to assess their interest in our products or services.
- Direct email marketing campaigns to key clients and prospects to promote our offerings.
- Maintain an up-to-date lead generation database to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct customer research to gather insights on potential leads.
- Perform client or market surveys to gather information about potential leads.
- Provide timely and accurate information to the reporting manager to support informed decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage sales interactions.
- Background in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and CRM systems, with knowledge of lead generation strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
