Vice President Role

Our organization seeks an experienced Vice President to lead our Retention, Cross-sell & Upsell initiatives within the Employee Health & Benefits domain.

About the Role

This senior leadership position involves driving business growth through strategic sales engagement with C-level executives (CXOs) and enhancing customer lifetime value. We require a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Employee Health & Benefits insurance solutions, benefits consulting, technology platforms, and service delivery models in a SaaS-enabled environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies focusing on retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities to ensure consistent revenue flow and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic client engagement, including benefit strategy, employee communication, wellness consulting, and technology enablement.
  • Analyze business data using CRM and analytics platforms to drive insights and personalized sales approaches.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of corporate sales experience specializing in retention, cross-selling, and upselling within Employee Health & Benefits and SaaS domains.
  • Proven track record of engaging CXOs to drive business growth, deepen client relationships, and enhance customer lifetime value.
  • MBA degree from a prestigious institute and proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
