Lead Cybersecurity Growth in India

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Cybersecurity to drive growth and lead high-performing teams in India.

About the Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity growth strategy for India, aligned with global objectives.
  • Drive revenue through new client acquisition, strategic account expansion, and partnerships.
  • Build and lead sales and presales teams, engaging CISOs and executives in large pursuits and complex deals.
  • Oversee presales, solutioning, proposals, and client workshops, aligning sales and technical teams for client-focused solutions.
  • Strengthen client relationships for long-term business impact, collaborating with delivery leaders for client success.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 20 years of experience in IT services or cybersecurity consulting, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • A proven track record of growing a significant cybersecurity services business in India with strong P&L ownership.
  • Demonstrated success in new client acquisition and enterprise account expansion, representing the company as a thought leader in industry forums, webinars, and conferences.
  • Ability to engage credibly with CISOs, CIOs, and Boards on security strategy, compliance, and digital transformation, with deep knowledge of key cybersecurity offerings such as MDR, SOC, IAM, Cloud Security, GRC, Offensive Security, VAPT, and SVS.
