Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of our Observability Platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving technical strategy, leading architectural decisions, and mentoring senior engineers.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing distributed systems, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and real-time data processing capabilities. They will also possess expertise in cloud-native technologies, such as Kubernetes and service mesh, as well as knowledge of modern frontend architectures and web performance optimization.

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the design and architecture of our observability platform
  • Partnering with product leadership to translate business strategy into technical roadmaps
  • Designing and implementing complex distributed systems that handle high-scale telemetry data ingestion and analysis
  • Mentoring senior engineers and guiding technical teams through complex decisions
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Kotlin and/or Go
  • Extensive experience in distributed systems, with a focus on metrics, logging, and tracing at scale
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes and service mesh
  • Knowledge of modern frontend architectures, web performance optimization, and frontend observability practices
