Fulfillment Services Group (FSG) is the backbone of customer trust. We ensure every order placed on the platform is reliable, predictable, and scalable.
FSG has three core product teams:
- FSE: Driving accuracy in customer promise and intelligent network orchestration.
- Assets: Owning warehouse operations management platforms for efficiency, throughput, and reliability across our facility network.
- Core Logistics (CL): Building and scaling middle- and last-mile operations management platforms for fast, cost-effective, and trustworthy delivery.
We aim to build the next generation of fulfillment platforms with:
- a unified platform adaptable across hyperlocal, grocery, traditional e-commerce, and large-format supply chains;
- AI-powered, real-time multi-objective decisioning;
- operational excellence at scale with consistency and quality in every order experience.
Role Overview
We seek a Director of Product Management – Fulfillment Platform to define and drive the evolution of core fulfillment capabilities.
This senior individual contributor role focuses on shaping product strategy and platform vision to secure long-term competitive edge.
The Director will take on high-stakes decisions around customer promise, warehouse operations management, core logistics networks, commitment frameworks, network orchestration, and reliability at scale.
