Job Title: Executive Assistant

The role of an Executive Assistant is a high-profile position that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to support our operations.

About the Role:

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing daily customer queries, maintaining our brand calendar, coordinating with freelancers, and assisting with website uploads.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries in a timely manner via multiple channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, launches, and shoots.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including editors, photographers, and UGC creators.
  • Keep inventory levels up-to-date and assist with content uploads.
  • Develop and manage influencer/brand collaborations.
  • Prepare weekly reports on customers, stock, and key updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, operations, or EA roles.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable individual who can take ownership of tasks.
  • Ability to work closely with the founder and contribute to business growth.
  • Fashion, jewelry, or e-commerce experience is a plus.
