Job Title:

  • We are seeking a seasoned PPM professional with extensive expertise in Oracle Cloud PPM to drive strategic solutions for complex projects.
About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Project Portfolio Manager to lead from the front, utilizing their profound knowledge of multiple end-to-end implementations with Projects and Grant modules. They will be responsible for developing functional expertise on Fusion PPM modules, particularly Project Costing, Project Billing, Accounts Payable, and Receivables.

Maintaining hands-on knowledge on Intercompany Billing Configurations and PPM Workflows requirements/design, including Project/Task Approval, Contract Approvals, Requisition Approval, and Change Order Approval, will be a key aspect of this role. Collaboration with stakeholders will be essential in designing and implementing full systems that align with the customer's business environment and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will capture customer business requirements, translating them into solutions that fit within the customer's business framework. Conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs), mapping client requirements to base product functionality, effort estimation, and reviews documentation including BRD, MD50, BR100, Test cases using OUM or any other methodology will also be part of their duties.

Supporting multi-org/country solutions, testing, defects analysis, and defect fixes, while maintaining effective communication skills to directly interact with clients, will be crucial. Liaising with Business & IT teams for Functional specifications, executing SIT, supporting UAT testing & Training of Business and Core Users will also be involved.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud PPM, with a proven track record of delivering strategic solutions for complex projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in Fusion PPM modules, particularly Project Costing, Project Billing, Accounts Payable, and Receivables.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Intercompany Billing Configurations and PPM Workflows requirements/design.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop functional expertise and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) and map client requirements to base product functionality.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels.
