About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage our product development process from ideation to launch. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Actuarial, Operations, IT, Marketing, Training, and Compliance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop channel/distribution-specific product ideas under different product categories
  • Anchor the complete product filing process while collaborating with Sales, Actuarial, Operations, IT, Marketing, Training, and Compliance teams
  • Generate key consumer/distributor insights, market benchmarking, and gap analysis
  • Engage in extensive cross-functional collaboration and regular progress updates to leadership
  • Conduct product trainings and create marketing materials or sales tools as required by sales
  • Simplify customer-facing documents and processes

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of life insurance business and product life cycle management
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and creative mindset
  • Effective stakeholder management and ability to interact well with CFT

Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree with prior experience in product management at a life/health insurance company
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)
