Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in a comprehensive 2-month training program designed to bridge the gap between engineering and politics.
  • Technical Track: Participate in intensive workshops on advanced programming languages, database management, and operational security best practices.
  • Political Track: Attend seminars on current political landscapes, campaign structures, legislative processes, and data ethics in policy.
  • Analyse public datasets (e.g., election data, legislative records) to identify trends and produce actionable insights.
  • Develop a Capstone Project, such as creating an analytical dashboard to visualize complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise policy memos and presentations.
  • Collaborate with and shadow full-time team members, contributing directly to ongoing projects.

Requirements

  • Currently in your 6th semester or later of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field; or you are a recent graduate.
  • Strong interest in Indian politics and public policy.
  • Foundational technical knowledge and strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Proactive problem-solver, eager to learn and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
