Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pricing Specialist to lead process consultancy experience from Lead To Revenue domain and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a process consultant in the Lead To Revenue domain and demonstrate expertise in process consultancy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional lead Pricing consultants to ensure seamless collaboration and effective solution delivery.
  • Participate actively in discovery requirement gathering workshops and comprehensive business consultation requirement discussions.
  • Design solutions to best suit underlying products, broader IT landscape architecture integration interface design, and overall program outline from a functional and architecture perspective.
  • Evaluate solutions to ensure they are scalable, maintainable, and extensible, promoting out-of-the-box functionality to minimize customizations.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams, functional teams, and business functions to drive lead-to-cash-oriented discussions.
  • Provide guidance to client teams on industry-leading practices and domain expertise across Lead to Cash.
  • Create documentation of as-is processes and to-be processes with the guidance of cross-functional leads and pricing domain consultants.
  • Conduct process roadmap and solution architecture reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to CRM pricing domains or cloud platforms.
  • Complete understanding of core technical concepts, including RDBMS, Cloud Technologies, PaaS, SaaS Platforms, etc.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced dynamic environments with cross-functional teams internally and at customer locations if required.
  • Strong technical analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to learn Cloud SaaS platform products and understand E2E architecture.
