Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Outsourcing and Vendor Management team, supporting the International Consumer Bank.

This role will be responsible for overseeing outsourcing activities, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, and continuous vendor monitoring. You will also identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans.

As an expert in outsourcing-related oversight, governance, and regulatory deliverables, you will develop strong relationships with vendors to foster collaboration and communication. You will also ensure that vendor management strategies align with organizational goals and encourage vendors to innovate and improve their offerings.

You will assist in representing the business in addressing and resolving any issues or disputes, and support the drafting of regulatory papers, metrics, status updates, and other reporting.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated understanding and experience in compliance, controls, or operational risk, as well as ability to communicate with various stakeholder groups at different levels.

In addition, the successful candidate will have skills in planning, organizing, and managing outsourcing and vendor-related projects, and experience in identifying and mitigating risks associated with vendor relationships.
