**Job Title:** Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced team leader to manage our operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in managing teams and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 10-15+ members
  • Develop and implement key performance metrics: Shrinkage, Attrition, AHT, NPS, CSAT
  • Present business reports to senior management
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Proven experience in team management
  • Deep understanding of key performance metrics
  • Experience in presenting reports to senior management

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Background in business process outsourcing
