Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

As a senior operations manager in our international contact center, you will oversee a team of customer service representatives ensuring they provide exceptional service to US-based customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 20-30 customer service representatives
  • Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews
  • Address team concerns and provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics
  • Set and track performance targets and KPIs
  • Implement strategies to achieve and exceed performance goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role in an international contact center environment
  • Proven experience in managing a team of customer service representatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
