Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple related projects. As a leader, you will coordinate activities, manage resources, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our team as a Senior Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying improvement areas, planning course corrections, and executing new channels of growth. You will also be expected to track hiring and churn across verticals, plan new pilots/initiatives, and conduct center visits to gather insights on funnel or customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve ToF, VM campaigns, CRM campaigns, and offline campaigns.
  • Monitor hiring and churn across verticals and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and launch new pilots/initiatives, test, and scale them effectively.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly deliveries and reviews.
  • Visit centers to gain insights on funnel or customer experience and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a program manager in a generalist profile.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to travel for center visits and gather insights.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
