Job Title: Oracle JD Edwards Technical Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical technical role in support of our business operations.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in JD Edwards Technical Modules, including Report, Application, Business Function, NER, BSSV, UDO, Processing Option, and Data Structure.
  • A strong background in application testing for all system changes and projects is essential for this position.
  • The selected individual will be responsible for knowledge transfer and other support-related activities.
  • Second-level support for resolving service requests and system defects is also a key responsibility.
  • This role requires the ability to resolve high-severity user issues and system defects in a timely manner.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers using JD Edwards Technical Modules. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of these modules and be able to apply their knowledge to resolve complex technical issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers using JD Edwards Technical Modules.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to JD Edwards Technical Modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in JD Edwards Technical Modules and apply this knowledge to improve processes and systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in JD Edwards Technical Modules.
  • Extensive experience in application testing and development.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
