About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Project Lead to drive strategic projects from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, with a strong track record of delivering complex initiatives on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Ensure effective stakeholder communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate project records, including status updates, risks, and issues
Requirements
  • 12-15 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital transformation context
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • PRINCE II certification
