Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives. This role assumes overall responsibility for the project, ensuring optimal solutions align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with technical stakeholders to develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Participate in technical discussions and present informed decisions to client stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, key performance indicators, and processes with stakeholders.
  • Maintain open communication across departments regarding project status and structure.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines and stay on track.
  • Identify potential issues and suggest alternatives based on cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.
  • Manage daily project progress, including risk assessment and problem resolution.
  • Conduct regular project reviews according to established process.
  • Serve as an expert on workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in managing full project management life cycle for complex, large-scale initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of functional scope, design, and technology to ensure right solution delivery.
  • Proven ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders and explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
