Job Title: Partnerships Development Specialist

Role Overview

This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to create impactful marketing campaigns and establish strong partnerships. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in developing proposals, conducting research, coordinating with partners, and ensuring the successful delivery of these campaigns.

The position offers excellent exposure to international tourism boards, attractions, and lifestyle brands, providing ample opportunities for professional growth and development.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with key partners, including tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
  • Create persuasive and visually compelling proposals (Google Slides/PowerPoint/Canva) to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign tracking (UTMs, dashboards), analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
  • Foster effective communication with internal teams (content, design, paid marketing, CRM) and external partners.
  • Leverage AI and digital tools (GA4, Canva AI, Google Ads) to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.

Requirements:
  • 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-serving, or business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
  • Skilled in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations.

Success Metrics:
  • Deliver 2–3 live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs.
  • Build a reusable library of proposals and case studies.
  • Publish a monthly 'Destination & Trends' memo for the Alliances team.
