Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in technology support roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in administration and implementation of collaboration tools.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and collaboration security frameworks, including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Expertise in using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform to build and deploy services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and constructive atmosphere.
  • Able to decompose complex problems into manageable components, offering succinct solutions.
  • 4+yrs Experience building efficiency workflows to deliver desirable outcomes.
  • Successful track record in working on multi-functional team projects, driving success through collaboration.
  • Knowledge of other collaboration platforms for systems integration and automation support.
