Collaboration Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Collaboration Systems Engineer to join our team. This role involves automating business processes, participating in technical design, and managing feature changes in collaboration applications.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of technical expertise, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to work with multiple teams. They will oversee the administration and integration of collaboration platforms, working with internal and external partners to establish strong relationships with users.

This position requires:

  • 5+ years of technology support experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Experience using PowerShell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, and Power Platform to build and deploy services.
  • Foster a collaborative and constructive atmosphere, exhibiting optimism in challenging situations.
  • Decompose complex problems into manageable components, offering succinct solutions.
  • 4+ years of Experience building efficiency workflows to deliver desirable outcomes.
  • Successful track record in working on multi-functional team projects.
  • Knowledge of other Collab platforms for systems integration and automation support.
