Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Fixed Income Business Analyst to join our Global Markets division at Jefferies. As a key member of the Business Management team, you will provide direct support to senior management and business leaders across the Equity and Fixed Income Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain senior management reporting and analytics, including client revenue reporting and trend analysis.
  • Collaborate with the COO Team to analyze and monitor developing trends and create reporting across various metrics.
  • Support various Fixed Income business client management efforts, particularly focused on sales and cross-product initiatives.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business summaries for the management committee, including year-end business plans and budgets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in the financial industry, preferably in business management or client strategy roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance.
  • Expert with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and produce results.
