Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced administrator to handle the management of B2B integration workflows.

This role includes owning escalations, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.

  • Administer and maintain B2B integrator environments.
  • Design, deploy, and manage B2B integration workflows.
  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to implement transformation flows using ITXA.
  • Operate within containerized environments like OpenShift or Kubernetes.
  • Act as Duty Manager during on-call shifts: manage incidents, coordinate response efforts, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Support hybrid cloud integrations and contribute to cloud-native architecture and automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with B2B integrators.
  • Experience in OpenShift or Kubernetes container orchestration platforms.
  • Knowledge of Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments.
  • Strong experience with ITXA (Transformation Extender Advanced).
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and understanding of integration patterns.
  • Ability to work in a rotational shift.
