We are seeking a dedicated individual to own and optimize key business platforms for Customer Success. The ideal candidate will drive technical execution—from system configuration to data integrity—while aligning platforms to business goals and user needs.

This role involves ensuring secure access, accurate data, and optimized workflows across teams. The right person will translate business needs into platform roadmaps that drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

A critical aspect of this position is automating and integrating systems to reduce manual work and improve accuracy. The selected candidate will also enable and train teams to confidently use tools to improve customer outcomes.

Furthermore, the successful applicant will monitor and maintain system health to ensure reliability and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–8 years in SaaS systems administration or customer success operations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Planhat (or ability to quickly master Planhat).
  • Proven record of engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements, and delivering scalable solutions.
  • Experience building and executing roadmaps.
  • Strong automation, workflow, and data management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and independent work style.
  • Strong English communication skills.
