Business Automation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Automation Lead to bridge the gap between clients and our team. The successful candidate will oversee automation projects, guide interns and specialists in building workflows, and ensure clients are updated on progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams.
  • Develop and mentor interns in setting up workflow automation systems (Clay, N8n, and Zapier).
  • Oversight of design and implementation of automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com
  • Ensure seamless integration of tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and via APIs/webhooks.
  • Monitor quality of data pipelines for enrichment, lead scoring, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Review and validate outputs (data cleaning, reports, dashboards) before sharing with clients.
  • Act as primary client contact—providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment.
  • Document processes and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Strong familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
  • Background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating interns and client expectations.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting (Python/JavaScript).
  • Comfort with productivity tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to prioritize and deliver on deadlines.
