Automation Expertise Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to design and implement end-to-end automation systems, streamlining back-office operations.
The role focuses on integrating various tools into seamless workflows, replacing manual admin processes with reliable automations that meet compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement document automations, including receipts, contracts, audit packs, and authority forms.
- Build Slack command workflows for one-click actions, such as /receipt, /contract, and /auditpack.
- Configure and optimize Pipedrive CRM fields, automations, and deal stages.
- Automate document generation from Google Docs to PDF and email to Drive storage.
- Integrate DocuSign for seamless e-signature workflows.
- Automate onboarding workflows for Property Management tools, such as PropertyMe/MRI.
- Route leads from funnels (ClickFunnels/GoHighLevel) and classify them via AI.
- Develop dashboards and reporting for KPIs, marketing attribution, and pipeline tracking.
- Ensure all workflows follow security, compliance, and reliability standards.
- Provide documentation, diagrams, and runbooks, plus training for internal users.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with no-code automation platforms, such as Make.com/Integromat, Zapier, n8n, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Slack integrations and app workflows.
- Experience with CRM automation, preferably with Pipedrive.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace automation, including Docs, Drive, and Sheets.
- Knowledge of DocuSign API/integration.
- Ability to integrate with Property Management tools, such as PropertyMe/MRI, and BGL Simple Fund 360.
- Understanding of compliance-sensitive workflows in finance, property, or legal domains.
- Ops/Systems mindset: able to map messy business processes into structured workflows.
- Strong communication skills and excellent documentation habits.
