Job Title:

Capture Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive capture plans, incorporating market analysis and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare winning proposals.
  • Conduct thorough RFP reviews, identifying key requirements and qualification opportunities.
  • Lead the development of high-quality proposal content, leveraging industry expertise and best practices.
  • Manage reference databases for technical, management, and past performance information.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful proposal management in federal or state procurements.
  • Exceptional writing and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of cost and financials.
  • Knowledge of GSA and other federal schedules, with ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., English, Journalism, Communications).

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management and deadline meeting skills, with a results-driven attitude.
