Principal Enterprise Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer with a strong background in building scalable enterprise applications. A successful candidate will have hands-on expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and React framework, as well as a solid understanding of API development, messaging systems, and cloud platforms.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable Java-based microservices and APIs.
- Implement and optimize solutions using Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Config Server, and API Gateway.
- Work on event-driven and messaging architectures using Kafka/RabbitMQ.
- Develop user-facing applications with the React framework.
- Write clean, maintainable code with thorough unit testing (UTs).
- Implement reactive programming concepts and manage multithreading where required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in customer calls, daily stand-ups, and provide timely updates.
Key requirements include:
- At least 7 years of experience in Java development.
- Strong programming skills in Java 8 and above.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microservices.
- 4+ years of experience in Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Apache Kafka.
- 4+ years of experience in database management (SQL, JPA/Hibernate).
- Working experience in building UI applications with the React framework.
- Good knowledge of reactive programming and multithreading.
- Good to have experience in cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
