Job Title: Software Engineering Instructor

Key Role Responsibilities

As a seasoned software engineer and educator, we seek an individual to lead our full-stack training program in Bhubaneswar. This role involves designing and delivering structured classroom sessions for aspiring developers, focusing on modern enterprise tech stacks like Java, React, Spring Boot, Cloud, DevOps, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10+ years of industry experience and be passionate about mentoring and teaching. They should have extensive knowledge of the mentioned tech stacks and be able to prepare learners for full-stack software engineering careers.

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning materials.
  3. Mentor and guide learners through classroom sessions, providing hands-on experience with real-world projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 5-10+ years of industry experience in software development and education.
