Job Description:

A Business Systems Analyst is needed to capture and document business requirements, analyze the impact of changes, and support the business throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand business needs and map them to system functionalities
  • Technical experience in Oracle PL/SQL querying databases
  • Overall 7+ years of Experience with exposure to data warehouses and regulatory reporting frameworks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exposure to working with Data Warehouses, Regulatory Reporting framework
  • Experience in Anti Financial Crime (AFC) and Transaction Monitoring is desired
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or any finance-related courses with a proven record of accomplishment in banking, shared service, or in finance industry. ACAMS or similar industrial accreditation would be beneficial
  • Possessing work exposure in Transaction Monitoring on different products, regions and being well versed in AML regulations will be required
  • Experience in a Banking /Wealth management domain and/or related support functions including understanding of products, business and operational processes, with exposure to business analysis
  • Organized self-starter able to manage in a complex environment
  • Team player who continually collaborates and shares information
  • Looks to simplify and standardize solutions
  • Actively seeks to reduce complexity and do the right thing
  • Persistent in drive for quality and excellence
  • Architecturally minded with ability to simplify complex activities
  • Influencer and problem solving person
  • Fluent in English (written/verbal) additional language(s) are an advantage
  • Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.
  • Ability to work in Matrix organization with stakeholders spread across geographies
  • Understanding of executing projects in agile (scrum) methodology
  • Ability to identify and interpret stakeholders needs and requirements
  • Self-motivated and flexibility to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing
