Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

  • Total of 5+ years of professional experience with the maturity to handle different types of learners.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong passion for teaching and training is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver highly interactive and engaging lectures.
  • Ability to create a stimulating learning environment and connect with students from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools.
