We are seeking a dedicated professional with 2-4 years of experience to take on a challenging role as a Senior Process Executive.

This hybrid position involves rotational shifts and requires proficiency in English. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our processes and delivering exceptional service by managing customer service operations, utilizing Office 365 tools, employing advanced MS Excel skills, and handling Workers Compensation tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee customer service operations to ensure high-quality support and satisfaction
  • Utilize Office 365 tools to streamline and optimize daily tasks and communications
  • Employ advanced MS Excel skills to analyze data, generate reports, and support decision-making processes
  • Handle Workers Compensation Care Management tasks to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
  • Administer Workers Compensation Policy Admin processes to maintain accurate and up-to-date policy records
  • Facilitate Workers Compensation New Business activities to support the acquisition and onboarding of new clients
  • Process Workers Compensation Claims efficiently to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims
  • Manage Workers Compensation F&A responsibilities to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders
