Business Operations Trainee

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Operations Trainee. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities, client coordination, and the execution of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Assist in communicating with clients, onboarding new clients, and following up with existing ones to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by maintaining sales pipeline data, assisting with client meetings, presentations, and proposal creation.
  • Operational Management: Manage follow-ups with prospects to ensure successful conversions, coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, and track deliverables and update reports regularly.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to support business strategy development, identify process gaps, and suggest improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Problem-Solving Attitude: A problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn are must-haves for this position.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace is required.
  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
