The role of an Associate Process Manager involves overseeing the efficient execution of business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of technical skills such as XML, HTML, Python, and VBA Macros, with hands-on experience in B2B Integration and e-procurement platforms like SAP /Ariba/Oracle.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, both verbally and written, in English.
  • Independently coordinate with onshore clients via conference calls and emails, demonstrating analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prepare weekly reporting dashboards and decks for leadership/QBRs, showcasing expertise in presentation and reporting.
