We are looking for an expert to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Global Benefits modules for global organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Global Benefits across large organizations, ensuring seamless data flow and system efficiency.
  • Work with clients to understand their global benefits requirements and design solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans to guarantee the quality and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits, ensuring clients are up-to-date with the latest industry standards.
  • Conduct training sessions to drive user adoption and improve system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven solutions that meet client needs.
  • Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements post go-live, ensuring client satisfaction and success.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Global Benefits configuration and implementation, with a strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver business-driven solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with certifications such as SAP SuccessFactors (Global Benefits).
