We are seeking a talented professional to support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our benefits module.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery of benefits processes and integrations.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all requirements and designs are aligned with industry best practices. They will also be responsible for modifying/configuring and maintaining benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Modifying/configuring and maintaining benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles
  • Supporting open enrollment and life event processing
  • Developing and troubleshooting fast formulas, HCM extracts, and HDL data loads
  • Building and maintaining BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards

The role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or Agile practices. Additionally, the candidate should have proficiency in building/modifying extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas.

This is a full-time position on the HR POD, requiring daily collaboration and attendance at stand-up calls. The successful candidate will deliver stories within the sprint.
