About the Role

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Troubleshooter to provide remote assistance via advanced OSS platforms and guide field crews during site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver real-time troubleshooting support during site operations.
  • Login to OSS systems for RTWP logs, radio parameter checks, and troubleshooting commands.
  • Guide crews to resolve RTWP imbalance, PIM issues, and uplink interference.
  • Support R&M troubleshooting – radios, baseband, RET, fiber, MW, and RF jumpers.
  • Coordinate with Carrier Switch teams for software load, commissioning, and integration.
  • Monitor KPIs post-commissioning to validate site stability and performance.

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of 4G LTE & 5G NR technologies.
  • Proficiency with Nokia OSS operations.
  • Expertise in RTWP/PIM troubleshooting and external interference mitigation.
  • Hands-on experience with RET troubleshooting, RF paths, microwave links, and fiber.
  • Familiarity with spectrum analyzers and filters for interference hunting.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Earth for reporting.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and documentation abilities.
