Business Development Manager - Risk and Strategy

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Risk Management Professional to drive the development of strategic initiatives that foster business growth while minimizing credit risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable strategies that align with business objectives and mitigate credit risk.
  2. Compliance and Governance: Establish and maintain robust frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  3. Asset Quality Management: Ensure effective monitoring of asset quality and recommend measures to maintain a healthy loan book.
  4. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular MIS, risk reports, and portfolio reviews for management, highlighting key risk trends and exposures.
  5. Credit Appraisal: Conduct thorough credit appraisals, track loan portfolios, and identify early warning signals of credit risk to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • 4-9 years of experience in credit risk management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
