ESG Sustainability Lead Position

This role oversees the implementation of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives across various sectors.

  • Project Execution: The ESG Sustainability Lead is responsible for managing the on-ground execution of ESG projects. This involves coordinating activities across the E, S and G pillars to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Certifications Compliance: We are seeking an individual who can facilitate LEED, RJC and SMETA audits, as well as assist in BRSR report preparation.
  • Environmental Initiatives: The successful candidate will support the adoption of solar power usage, EV adoption, afforestation and carbon/water reduction goals.
  • Community Engagement: This role requires someone who can promote employee volunteering, drive GPTW initiatives and encourage LMS learning hours and Dot Collector participation.
  • Innovation Projects: We need a creative problem solver who can research sustainable technologies in energy, waste and green buildings.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business or a related field is required.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in ESG, CSR or sustainability roles is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting standards is essential.
  • An analytical mindset with good Excel and presentation skills is required.
  • Passion for sustainability and social responsibility is a must.
