Sustainability Leadership Opportunity

GovEVA is embarking on a journey to shape the ESG path of India's leading enterprises. We are looking for a specialist who can combine domain expertise with strong consultative selling skills to help clients see how our platform can solve their most pressing challenges.

  • Lead discovery conversations with CXOs and sustainability leaders to understand their sustainability challenges, leveraging your extensive knowledge of ESG standards, frameworks, carbon accounting, compliance, and assurance.
  • Tailor and deliver demos of our platform, mapping capabilities directly to identified client pain points and ESG requirements, providing clear and concise solutions.
  • Be the face of ESG expertise in high-stakes conversations with senior executives, able to answer tough technical queries and provide value-driven insights.
  • Prepare solution proposals and decks post-demo that outline how our platform addresses client challenges, including solution design, value articulation, and next steps, resonating with CFOs, CSOs, and board-level stakeholders.
  • Nurture partially qualified prospects through thought leadership, peer analysis, case studies, and ROI calculations, fostering long-term relationships and driving growth.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Product teams to ensure consistency of message and teamwork to win and retain business.

You have:

  • 3–6 years of experience in ESG consulting, sustainability advisory, or pre-sales for an ESG SaaS product, with a strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, reporting standards, and assurance practices.
  • Proven experience conducting client discovery, building business cases, and delivering demos in enterprise B2B environments, with excellent storytelling skills to translate technical ESG and compliance requirements into business impact.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to prepare peer benchmarking and market insights, with a consultative, client-first mindset to build trust and credibility quickly.
  • Able to work in a hybrid environment, with high-growth startup energy, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
