Job Description:

Manage entire customer experience, upselling cross selling and maintaining hygiene net promoter score.

Analyse data insights drive customer growth success marketing strategies.

Play a key role in goal setting strategy for all accounts tracking success of Pixis solutions provided to customers.

Act as an AI marketing solutions expert identifying creating implementing marketing solutions achieve measurable business results with partners.

Design metrics measures determining ROI of Pixis products become an evangelist educating clients on product solutions best practices.

Effectively address customer satisfaction manage diverse set of issues until resolved coordinating internal resources interact each customer.

Understand assess customer requirements level adoption service assess risk renewing current contract.

Build thorough understanding of client brand business customers competitive landscape provide strategic guidance building requisite digital marketing initiatives.

Develop industry best practices media strategies benchmarking initiatives business use cases Conduct knowledge sharing sessions with team members needed to develop analytical frameworks research protocols.

Generate reports present performance snapshots to internal stakeholders.

About You:

Proven track record hitting overachieving retention growth targets.

Prior experience in Digital Marketing understanding Media channels Google Social Media Programmatic buying analytic tools Omniture GA Appsflyer Kochava etc.

Achieve revenue targets with customers on a timely basis.

Problem solver independently translate high level goals into actionable plans.

Have a growth mindset be creative diligent and able to multitask prioritise rapidly iterate manage communications with different functions in a fast-paced startup environment.
