Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Credit Card Support Representative to join our team at CapTalent HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to credit card holders via phone, ensuring a positive and hassle-free experience.
- Handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate a 24/7 service model.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduation from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
