Key Role in E-commerce Operations

Marketplace and Omni-channel Expertise
  • Oversee marketplace performance across multiple platforms, analyzing seasonal and brand-wise trends.
  • Compile sales data and present insights during weekly review meetings.
Warehouse Management and Inventory Optimization
  • Coordinate warehouse operations and third-party logistics partners for efficient stock management.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory reports.
  • Track live and not-live stock status and ensure timely replenishment for assigned brands.
Reporting and Process Efficiency
  • Prepare sales data reports, highlighting brand-wise performance and recommending process improvements.
  • Support order execution coordination with marketplaces and partners.

The ideal candidate possesses a graduate degree and 2-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, specifically in warehouse management, 3PL coordination, and marketplace operations. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of OMS and WMS platforms are essential.

Exceptional communication and coordination abilities, along with the capacity to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights, are key requirements for this role.
