As a seasoned E-commerce Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our omnichannel operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless integration and execution with various partner agencies and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate closely with partner agencies and platforms to guarantee efficient collaboration and execution.
  • Monitor sales and performance metrics across channels to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Support the development of omnichannel marketing initiatives, both online and offline, to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Maintain accurate product listings, timely PO processing, and stock hygiene to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate in the GTM strategy for new product launches to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years' experience in e-commerce/marketing operations is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and follow-through skills are mandatory.
  • A proactive mindset with an understanding of digital-first retail is necessary.
