Job Description:

  • We need a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant who can plan, organize, and execute the MD's daily, weekly, and monthly schedule.
  • The ideal candidate will anticipate and address potential scheduling conflicts, ensuring the MD's commitments align with organizational priorities.
  • They will provide timely reminders and briefings on upcoming appointments and obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Strategically plan and organize the MD's calendar, optimizing time efficiency.
  • Communication: Act as a key liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, conveying messages accurately and professionally.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate high-profile meetings, conferences, and events, both virtual and in-person.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
