Support Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Office365 admin console management, including implementation of Office365 tools like OneDrive and Skype for Business, Teams, and PowerShell commands.

The successful candidate will also have knowledge of managing Windows Server AD server, DNS server, SQL server, and desktop-related issues and configurations. Additionally, they should have basic knowledge of networking (routing policies and traffic flow) and be able to provide remote support for US/Europe users.

Experience with remote support tools like TeamViewer and LogMeIn is essential, along with good communication skills. Knowledge of Firewall and Antivirus console is a plus point.
