We are seeking a skilled Billing Specialist to oversee the development and implementation of billing strategies and policies.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing billing strategies and policies that align with organizational objectives;
  • Establishing billing guidelines, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent and effective billing processes across the organization;
  • Oversight of the selection, implementation, and maintenance of billing systems or software;
  • Collaboration with IT teams and vendors to ensure the system meets billing requirements and supports accurate and efficient invoicing;
  • Supervising the preparation and distribution of customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery;
  • Monitoring billing cycles and resolving issues or discrepancies;
  • Oversight of payment processing, including recording and reconciling payments received;
  • Collaboration with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate records of outstanding balances and management of collections;
  • Analysis of billing data and generation of reports to provide insights into billing performance;
  • Identification of trends or areas for improvement and presentation of findings to senior management;
  • Collaboration with customer service teams to address customer inquiries, concerns, and disputes related to billing;
