Job Title: Business Development Manager
Overview: This role is a key part of our sales team and involves working closely with existing business partners to grow the company's presence in their territory. As a Culture Anchor, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screening of potential business partners based on fitment and profile
- Fulfilling of required criteria before sending profiles for further evaluation
- Discrepancy resolution with the central support team
- Daily communication with business partners and updating them on KPIs
- Driving business partner login and talk time metrics
- Leading and generating business per business plan
- Dynamic allocation of data based on field requirements in coordination with the central support team
- Resolving all business partner system issues and queries with the central team where necessary
- Maintaining business partner activation rates above targets rolled out
- Ensuring timely communication to business partners on disbursement and earnings
- Motivating business partners to meet performance targets and addressing grievances
- Real-time coordination between Sales, business partners, and Central Support
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales team management or a related field
- Prior experience in retail lending would be beneficial
- A collaborative work style with excellent Team Management and Interpersonal Skills
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self-starting attitude
