Vehicle Maintenance Manager

Develop implement and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for all vehicles Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanics technicians and support staff Monitor vehicle performance and arrange timely repairs to reduce breakdowns and extend service life Ensure compliance with government regulations including emissions standards licensing and safety inspections Maintain accurate records of vehicle service history parts inventory fuel usage and maintenance costs Work closely with procurement to source and order necessary parts and equipment Analyze maintenance data and provide reports on vehicle reliability downtime and expenses Manage maintenance budgets and control costs effectively Coordinate with third-party service providers and vendors Implement safety protocols and ensure a clean and safe workshop environment Train and develop maintenance staff in technical skills and safety procedures Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
