Truck Maintenance Incharge GK Logistics Join GK Logistics a leading name in liquid bulk transportation with a fleet of 200 tankers operating across India We are committed to safety reliability and operational excellence We re seeking an experienced and responsible Truck Maintenance Incharge to oversee the upkeep servicing and performance of our fleet The ideal candidate will ensure all vehicles are roadworthy minimize downtime control maintenance costs and uphold the highest safety and compliance standards Key Responsibilities Fleet Maintenance Plan schedule and supervise regular servicing repairs and inspections for all trucks and tankers Workshop Management Coordinate with mechanics technicians and service vendors to ensure timely and quality repairs Breakdown Handling Quickly respond to vehicle breakdowns and arrange immediate repairs to reduce delays Inventory Control Manage spare parts lubricants and maintenance tools efficiently to avoid shortages or wastage Cost Management Monitor and control maintenance expenses while maintaining quality standards Compliance Documentation Maintain accurate service records repair logs and ensure compliance with RTO and safety regulations Team Leadership Guide maintenance staff assign tasks and ensure adherence to company maintenance protocols Performance Monitoring Track vehicle health analyze maintenance trends and suggest improvements for reliability and longevity Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in truck or heavy vehicle maintenance preferably in a logistics or fleet-based company Strong knowledge of diesel engines tankers and hydraulic systems Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with external workshops Good record-keeping problem-solving and decision-making skills Diploma or ITI in Automobile Mechanical Engineering preferred Ideal Candidate Practical organized and proactive in ensuring zero downtime Strong focus on safety cost control and preventive maintenance Excellent leadership and communication abilities If you take pride in keeping fleets running smoothly and safely join GK Logistics and play a key role in maintaining one of India s top liquid transport fleets Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 3 years Required Dispatching 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
